Stuttgart has been refining the same idea since 1963 — engine in the back, driver in the middle, no apologies. The 911 is the only sports car continuously produced for sixty years that still feels like the same machine, even if a 992 makes a 964 look like a different species. Mezger flat-sixes are the soul most enthusiasts chase, but the water-cooled 996 through 992 deserve respect — they're what kept the lights on. Boxsters and Caymans are 911s for people who actually understand chassis dynamics. Cayennes paid for everything else. We work on all of them.
